Is Harry’s best friend against Harry’s marriage?

When we just look at Prince Harry and Meghan, we can simply see that they are meant to be and that they have something extraordinary going on. Even though their marriage has been lasting for year, we simply cannot imagine them without each other and we have the feeling that they have been together for ages. This is why it is strange to find out that Harry\s best friend was against this marriage and that he tried to talk Harry out of it.

Classmates

Tom and Harry first met when they were students at Eton, which is an elite school. Since both of them loved fun, they became very close. Tom has always been Harry’s support whenever needed, and it needs to be added that Harry and Meghan attended Tom’s wedding in 2017. On the other hand, Tom was not happy with Harry’s choice.

Why?

It is surprising that Tom does not like Meghan since the entire world does. The reasons for this are numerous but the most important one is that Meghan has been changing Harry too much and that Harry is not like he was before he married. To be honest, Meghan has influenced Harry in a good way, since he is not smoking anymore. However, Tom does not like “new” Harry.

#update Surprised, speechless, overwhelmed… That and many other feelings experienced today, after the news that the royal couple The Duke and Duchess of Sussex just created their first official account on Instagram and literally separated from Kate and William on the platform! Harry& Meghan aren’t the first to have an official account, however, other royals have as well, such as: Spain, Monaco, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and of course Great Britain like Princess Eugenie, Queen Elizabeth with relatives, The Duke and Duchess of York and Prince Charles and Duchess of Cornwall and Kate & William… The whole process was absolutely predictable; it was obvious that from the beginning Kensington had not satisfactorily (from my point of view) covered the engagements of Harry & Meghan. And the consequence is simply wonderful: Together & yet separated. Space to develop themselves as a family, control of the narratives and building a closer relationship with the fans. Some comments “Harry & Meghan may not create their own account” was buried once and for all. They may and they have! I wish the couple all the best for the future; A peaceful page with a lot of love and respect. And last but not least, I hope to be a good representative fanpage for the @sussexroyal and I‘m very looking forward for the images of Baby Sussex on her/his own account. P.S.: It literally broke the internet today, you may try several times to be allowed to follow… Don’t hesitate keep trying… ?

We all know that William and Kate have been together for ages and that they also dated for a long time before they got married. The situation with Harry and Meghan is quite the opposite. And, this is one of the things that Tom does not like since he thinks that the couple rushed it and moved forward with engagement, wedding and baby too quickly.

Marrying

Contrary to the fans of the royal family, Tom did not like Meghan and he even told Harry not to marry her. He simply thought that Meghan is just not good enough for his best friend. How did Harry react? Well, he did the right thing – he decided to end his long friendship with Tom and he moved forward with marrying Meghan.

Reconciliation

Harry surely did the best thing for himself and his life by marrying Meghan. However, he is now leading a life without his best friend. Harry is even expecting a baby and it is obvious that he is having a great time with Meghan. We do not know whether Harry and Tom would ever become friends again.
