The Dutch fitness influencer Sophie Van Oostenbrugge focused on the legs in the newest video series she posted on her Instagram page.
The model was dressed in a pink sports bra and high-waisted leggings and started the circuit with a series of squats.
She rested a foot behind her on the chair before she bended both knees and straightened them again to complete every repetition for this exercise.
In the caption, the stunner recommended 15 to 20 reps on one side before you switch to the other side.
In the next post, she performed single-leg deadlifts by bending forward at the waist and raising one of the legs behind. In the caption, Sophie suggested doing 12 reps on every side for four rounds.
The next exercise is side-lying hip abductions, and for this, the bombshell lays on the floor, props herself up on her elbow, before she lifts the hips and spreads her knees.
The caption recommended the same amount of reps for the move as it did for the one before. For the last clip, Sophie performs a set of glute bridges to complete the circuit.
Her post has been liked over 30,000 times, and more than 400 Instagram followers have commented on it.
