Prince William and Kate Middleton, and their children, have been the topics of numerous articles and discussion around the globe for more than a decade. Their marriage started in 2011; however, their relationship caught the attention of public and press much earlier than that. However, she decided not to continue her education there but chose to go for the St. Andrews University. It needs to be pointed out that this is one of the most prestigious universities in Great Britain and the oldest one in Scotland. But, we need to mention that she did not begin her studies right away. First, she went to Chile and after Chile she went to Florence in Italy to attend the British Institute of Florence. Her major was Art History. It was in 2001 that she finally started her studies at St. Andrews.

At the time she decided to go to St. Andrews she picked Psychology as her major. However, after her time abroad, she changed her mind and chose Art History instead. She finished her studies in 2005. At that time, she was already involved with Prince William.

Despite the usual claims that the two met during their studies, this is actually not the case. The first meeting happened actually in 2001 before the commencement of the school year and studies. The rumors are that they actually get acquainted through some mutual friends. It is known that they have other people dating at the beginning of their studies. However, the love between them happened in the second semester of their studies, after the first kiss at the fashion show after-party that they both attended.
