Cory Machado is a Portuguese-American wrestler that has been in the business for a few years now and was already invested in a few charity programs and organizations. Now, he is on a mission to end the hunger and help people in dire need.
What Is The End Hunger Mission
The NPWL wrestler Cory fell in love with wrestling while watching this sports in his young age with a grandfather that didn’t even know a word of English. Now, each of his fights is devoted to the grandfather he loved and the people that are in dire needs and fighting through though life situations. His mission of ending the hunger came as a result of him seeing all the people that don’t even have for a basic meal and are fighting each day and week to push forward and carry their family. On the other hand, Cory Machado suggests that he head quite a pleasant childhood and that is why he wants to give back and help others.
His interest in how people are living and what situations are there living with came in 2014 after he scrolled and found about a tragic accident in which a high school student Ashley lost her life. After that, he did his best to talk and console her family. Along with that, he started a few projects that he is investing in supporting the maintenance and repair of roads all over the country. Cory has since been quite affected by how people are living and tries to do his best in order to help.
Nowadays, Cory Machado is a part of the Feeding America organization, and in collaboration with them, he is trying to help millions across the country. His final goal as he says is to keep helping people all over the world that are in need and having tough luck at the present moment. He always emphasizes the power of a positive mindset as well, and as he says we should nourish the greens in our crops, but keep the weeds (negative thinking) out. People have a smile on their face as soon as they see him, and he is an excellent entertainer.
The current mission that he does with the Feeding America organization has a goal to provide a million meals to start with. For every ticket that people buy through the Feeding America, he will be donating 10 meals. Machado says that he decided on this mission simply because he feels the need for it, and he has the opportunity to support it.
