Engagement
The British royal family officially announced that Prince Harry was engaged with Meghan Markle, on November 27, 2017. And this is the official photograph of their engagement, that was taken at Frogmore House at Windsor.
Their first engagement photocall
After their engagement, they organized an informal photocall at Kensington Palace, where they posed for photographers.
A photo of the ring
This star of this cute photo is the engagement ring, that is not a typical ring for princesses. The typical cut is square, and Meghan has a brilliant-cut engagement ring. Still, the ring is marvelous.
The first kiss
This is the first photo of Meghan and Harry kissing as a married couple. They were standing on the steps of St. George’s Chapel in Windsor, on May 19, 2018. And the photo was taken just after their wedding ceremony.
The ride in a horse-drawn carriage
Their Royal Highnesses the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were riding in a horse-drawn carriage after their wedding ceremony. The carriage took them to Buckingham Palace where Queen Elizabeth II was hosting their wedding luncheon.
What a perfect gentleman
After the wedding luncheon, they went to the evening reception at Frogmore Castle. And they did it in style, they were riding in an open-topped Jaguar. And Harry was such a gentleman, he opened a door for his bride.
Their first royal engagement after the wedding
Prince Harry and Meghan attended a garden party at Buckingham Palace in honor of Prince Harry’s father, Prince Charles. And that party happened just five days after their wedding, so it was their first royal engagement as a married couple.
Their first appearance at Trooping of the Colour
One of the Queen’s birthday celebrations is the annual Trooping of the Colour, and it’s a kind of celebration that has marked the birthdays of British monarchs for over 260 years now. The Queen was turning 92, and Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were riding in a car and waving to the public.
The perfect dress
The 100th anniversary of the Royal Air Force in London was held on July 10, 2018. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle looked so good, he was in a uniform and she was wearing a custom-designed dress from Christian Dior with an elegant fascinator.
A tuxedo-dress
On August 29, 2018, Meghan and Harry attended the Gala performance of the theatrical smash, Hamilton. They arrived at London’s Victoria Palace Theatre, and everyone was stunned. And it was mostly because of Meghan’s perfect tuxedo dress. Not something that was expected of her to wear, but still very fabulous.
Looking pregnant
Many thought that Meghan was expecting a baby, but no one knew for sure. And here at the 100 Days of Peace Gala Music event in London on September 6, 2018, Meghan looked like she was pregnant. And now we know that she was.
Looking funny in Sussex
Just a couple of days after the royal family announced that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are expecting their first child, they were visiting Brighton Pavilion. And on this picture, they are looking very funny, but still cute.
Matchy-matchy outfit
You may notice that coordinating outfits is nothing strange for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. They do it often, and they always look great. Here they are arriving at the National Service to mark the Centenary of the Armistice at Westminster Abbey in London, in November 2018.
Another matchy-matchy outfit
This matchy-matchy outfit was from Christmas Day and they were photographed at Sandringham in Norfolk. Here the Queen broke the royal Christmas protocol for Meghan Markle.
The bump-clutch
And before Christmas, they were photographed at the Royal Variety Performance at the London Palladium, on November 19. And here you can see for the first time that iconic bump-clutch. Meghan is hugging her baby bump for the first time, but it wasn’t the last time.
The first royal engagement of 2019
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle visited Birkenhead in the United Kingdom on January 14, as their first royal engagement of 2019. They went to see a new sculpture at Town Hall, of Wilfred Owen. The sculpture is marking the 100th anniversary of this British poet.
Big baby Sussex
Harry and Meghan were attending the gala performance of The Wider Earth, at the Natural History Museum in London. It was on February 12, and Meghan’s baby bump was so big, but she looked very beautiful.
They just look so sweet together
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle visited Morocco in February, and in this photograph, you can see a genuine moment of their love. They are so cute and adorable together.
Heartbreaking moment
We all remember that horrific tragedy in New Zealand, that happened a month ago. And just a couple of days after the shooting event at a mosque in New Zealand, Harry and Meghan went there to pay their respects to the people that died that day. It seems that Meghan is going to be as devoted to humanitarian work as Harry’s mom, Princess Diana was. And as we can see it wasn’t a problem for her to travel all the way to New Zealand, just a month before her due date.
