In a few weeks’ time, it will be Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s wedding anniversary. Meghan Markle’s portrayals in the media make you either love her or hate her. We can’t help but wonder what would things look like between the Duchess of Sussex and her husband’s late mother, Princess Diana?
Meghan in the media
There has been a lot of negativity around Meghan Markle since her days as a Duchess of Sussex. Both British and American media have depicted the Duchess as the bad guy. Her father and half-siblings are just making the matters worse, with bashing Meghan’s name every chance they get. This all prompted people to think that Meghan is all that sweet and innocent as she seems.
Prince Harry
Given the fact how his late mother ended up, it is not strange that he is doing everything he can to protect his wife from facing the same fate. Meghan is constantly compared to Prince William’s wife, Kate Middleton and all that led to rumors about Meghan and Kate fighting, which is causing a feud between the two families.
Princess Diana
Princess Diana tragically lost her life when Prince Harry was only 12 years old. He barely recovered from the pain, and Meghan has helped him a lot in his road to recovery. Harry was overheard talking to a young boy who has lost his mother that Harry too lost his mother at a young age, but he encouraged the boy by telling him how things can change for the better. He then pointed out to his wife and their baby. We think that, if Princess Diana was alive, she would be more than happy to see how wonderful her son’s life turned out to be.
Princess Diana and Meghan
Princess Diana went through a lot, regarding media scrutiny. It is more than probably that Meghan and Princess Diana would bond over such a thing since Princess Diana would have a lot of wisdom and support to share with the Duchess of Sussex. They would probably develop a friendship, since they have a lot in common, and the sole fact that Meghan makes her son very happy would be a foundation to their beautiful friendship.
