What Is Chi?
Have you heard of chi? Chi, ki, prana – any of those ring a bell? Well, if even the only time you heard of chi was when you were watching Dragon Ball, in which case it would be ki, you probably have a good idea of what chi is.
To put it simply, chi is believed to be the life force inside of us. If you can’t tell by looking at it, the term chi is of Chinese origin and is often mentioned in their traditional medicine. Ancient Chinese believed that every single individual has chi flowing through their body – inside and out. And, if that flow was to be disrupted, bad things would happen.
Chi is the main source of life and health, and unless you have strong and healthy chi – you can’t live a long and healthy life. According to the ancient Chinese medics, chi was the essence of your being – the ultimate measure of vitality. By perfectly balancing your chi, your mind and body would end up in the perfect balance, as well, which would lead you to achieving zen.
Now, we won’t get into Zen Buddhism and explore the religion of Asian people, but if something like chi is so important that it is the basis of an entire religion – we just have to try and see it for what it is.
What Are The Benefits OF Balanced Chi?
We’ve already said that if your chi is off-balance, you would feel like a stray dog in the rain, but what happens when you get your chi together? Quite frankly – good things happen. Now, we’re not saying balancing your chi is going to be easy, but if you manage to do it – here are some of the benefits you might be able to enjoy.
1. You’ll Have More Energy
When your chi is balanced, your mind and body coexist in perfect balance. And, when they do, you become very efficient at anything that you do, whether it is your job or just simply handling everyday life. With your chi in alignment, you will start each day full of energy, and that battery is not going to drain quickly no matter what life throws your way without getting tired. And when the night comes…
2. You’ll Sleep Better
The benefits of balanced chi extend further than just to your living, conscious self. Even when you’re sleeping, your mind and body are still awake in some ways, and so is your chi. When chi is flowing through your body unobstructed – you will sleep like a baby. This alone should help you get up feeling rested and having more energy for the day, amongst many other great things that come from a night of healthy sleep.
3. Your Body Will Be Healthier
As we’ve said, according to ancient Chinese medics, chi is your life force, and if anything’s obstructing that life force to flow freely – you won’t get to enjoy a long, healthy life. Because quite frankly – there’s not healthy life without a healthy life force.
So, in theory, you should feel and be a lot healthier, and your body should do a much better job of fighting off illnesses and diseases if your life force is perfectly balanced. Or, at least well-balanced. After all, we can’t just expect everyone to reach zen.
4. Your Mind Will Be Healthier
Your mind and body go hand and hand, and one can’t be healthy without another, or the other way around. Therefore, another benefit of balanced chi is mental health and clarity. Not only will you be able to fight off demons that cause depression, anxiety and all other sorts of mental issues, but you will become sharper, wittier and you will always be able to think straight. Your judgment won’t be clouded, and your mind will be better than ever before.
Are These Benefits Real?
We’re not just saying these things. There’s genuine scientific research to back up these claims, but all of it is just also common sense. All of these things are closely related to one another, and none of these claims are outlandish, nor do they prove to be miraculous in any way, shape or form. So, instead of being defensive and sceptic about it, maybe look at what you can do to balance your chi.
How To Balance Your Chi?
There is more than one way to balance your chi.
Ideally, you will want to start with some physical and mental exercises like yoga or tai chi, meditate daily, work on your diet and explore the options of adding natural remedies, creams and pastes like Ormus to your list of items.
Light exercise like tai chi and yoga will help you not only get in better shape, improve your posture, circulation and so on – they will also help balance your chi. Just look at them. The essence of both lies in free-flowing motion and connection between your mind and body.
As for meditation, the case is quite simple – your mind needs some rest. Free your mind from any worries or struggles of daily life for half an hour each day, and both your mind and body will thank you because without those worries or struggles in chi’s way – things will balance themselves out.
Finally, you are what you eat, and there’s no way around it. Stuff yourself with processed, unhealthy foods and not only will your block your digestive system, but you’ll also block your chi from flowing freely. Aside from healthy foods, there are also supplements, natural remedies and creams that you can use on a daily basis to cleanse yourself from any impurities and toxins and help yourself become one with yourself.
Final Thoughts
Whether you call it chi, ki, qi, prana or soul – it doesn’t matter. What matter is, we are a lot more than just a cluster of cells that operate randomly. Because of it, we have to nurture our mind and body, and we hope that we have found a way to show you exactly how to do it.
