Since 2010, the GMAC has announced that employer demands for MBA graduates are at an all-time high. This could not be better for you as an MBA graduate since a survey showed that up to 89% of business will be looking to hire MBA graduates from 2019. The numbers were 80% in 2015, so we’re expecting an even bigger uprise in those numbers for the following years.

As a business development manager, some of the traits required for this role are an expert strategist, networking, and marketing.
