Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have announced that their baby will be delivered in secret. However, Princess Diana didn’t have that luxury.
Nigel Cawthorne, author of the book ‘’Call me Diana: The Princess of Wales on Herself’’ wrote how Princess Diana shared her bad experience after she went on to deliver Prince William.

She shared with Cawthorne how she ‘’could barely put one foot in front of the other’’ after she went out to pose for photographers with Prince William in 1982. She also mentioned how she ‘’burst into tears’’ after it was over.
“When I left the hospital, I could barely put one foot in front of the other. My stitches were killing me. It was such a strain to stand there and smile even just for a few minutes.” She continued, “As soon as the car disappeared around the corner out of sight of the photographers, I burst into tears.”

Princess Diana did it again after she gave birth to Prince Harry. Kate Middleton did it three times, as she delivered Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.
