Muhammad Ryan Pamuji Setyawan (born October 15, 1995), known professionally as Ryan Oris, is an Indonesian Record Producer, DJ, Songwriter, Singer and Multi-Instrumentalist. His debut track “Triumph” at Progressive House genre was released on November 27, 2016, and followed by an EP called “Drawn” included three tracks “Frantic”, “Ah Yeah”, and “Keep It Rocking” at Progressive House/Future House/Big Room was live-online on March 27, 2017.
On June 20, 2018, he released a brand new track in the style of Tropical House teamed up with talented female singer Oktanadhya Defa titled “Never Let You Go”. Oris came from wrote that break-up & make-up song in the perspective of a girl, produced from uptempo tropical-style, house-reggaeton beats, R&B-like chords, EDMish-rhythm, record the Defa’s light-vocal, till mixed his latest track himself before sending the mix to the London-based Mastering Engineer Pete Maher.

Ryan Oris was born 23 years ago in Banjarnegara, a small city in Central Java, Indonesia. Before getting into Dance-scene, Oris was playing from several bands at Punk, Rock to Jazz genre as a Guitarist, Bassist, Drummer, and even use his vocal to sing. He learned about basic music theory from his brother plus his lifetime-mentor Agung Setya Wibowo. Oris’ early life raised with Punk such as Blink-182 and Green Day. In the mid-teenager he turns to Alternative-Rock like Muse, Radiohead, fall to Queen and mesmerized by Coldplay. But on his first professional career, he transitioned to Dance Music, and falling in love with Dubstep at the first time poisoned by Skrillex before he finds out about House.
His debut track and EP contained Progressive House, Big Room, and little Future House which influenced by Calvin Harris and Hardwell. But it won’t last to him until he decided to make music become more pop and easy listening on the last track, he filling up Diplo and DJ Snake’s vibe to the composition of his records. According to him, his primary influences are coming from Radiohead, Coldplay and Calvin Harris. Now, from a bedroom producer, he is writing his career-book by getting the show to show from Clubs to Festivals in Indonesia’s Music Scene since 2015 and remain. Ryan Oris released and distributed all of his music to Digital Service Providers out there via his imprint record label called Foras Records that he founded back 2016 ago and right now, he is in the studio working on his Debut Album that will be coming out soon.
