So we talked about the proper way of eating and the types of foods and beverages that go best with it. But what about how to serve it? Well, this one is up for debate as the cuisine is served differently throughout the world.
But many restaurants do serve caviar in a non-metallic bowl which lies inside a larger bowl filled with ice. The great thing about the cuisine is that it will not freeze unless the temperatures reach below 28 degrees Fahrenheit. But with all that said, the cuisine is meant to be kept in the refrigerator and as cold as possible. If the eggs do freeze, then that will ruin the texture and ultimately the flavor of the cuisine.
