Dogs and babies have the same effect on me as old people: They’re adorable and I often find myself wanting to take them home. So when I found out that TJ.Maxx and Marshalls will be selling matching Halloween costumes for babies and pups, my uterus almost exploded. I know petnapping and kidnapping is illegal, so if I could just borrow someone’s child and puppy on October 31st that would be greatly appreciated.
