Royal family and Doria Ragland

As it is already known, the royal family has a lot of rules and traditions that have to be followed every day. They are from the ones that govern the behavior in public to the ones related to the relationship to the family. When someone marries into the royal family, that person automatically needs to start following those rules.

When Kate and Meghan married William and Harry, they surely knew that they would not spend as much time as they would like with their families.

Christmas

The royal family spends each and every Christmas at Sandringham. Kate has been attending this even since she has started officially dating William. It should be noted that those that are not members of the royal family do not get invited to this celebration. This is the reason why Kate and William go to Village of Bucklebury after Christmas to see Kate’s family.

On the hand, everyone has been surprised when Doria Ragland showed on Christmas celebration this year. She did not come, but the invitation was surprising if we take into account that Kate’s family never received one.

Wedding

During the first wedding, Kate’s parents were walking a bit behind the members of the royal family that were to attend the ceremony. On the other hand, when Harry was marrying Meghan, Doria went in hand in hand with Prince Charles.

Royal event

When Kate married to William, her family did not attend royal events. On the other hand, just after Meghan’s wedding, Doria attended one that was organized in charity purposes. She was smiling during the event and she even communicated with people present.

Harry

Prince William surely shows respects to Kate’s parents and has a good relationship with them. However, with Harry, it goes far beyond that. Harry does not hesitate to hug Doria or to smile and talk openly to her in public.

Baby

Frogmore Cottage is being renovated intensely so that it would be ready when the baby comes. In order to avoid hiring a nanny, Doria may be the one who will take care of the child when it is born. So, she would be practically live with Harry and Meghan, something that cannot be imagined with Kate’s parents.
