The Colombian beauty posted another workout video where she was working on her fantastic abs. She is wearing black yoga pants and a beige sports crop top matching her beige sneakers. She is lying on the bench with her arms behind her back, holding her weight at the end of the bench. A red Pilates ball is right above her feet, and after a few times of lifting just her legs up and down in the air, she used her legs to lift the ball and exercise more.
At first, she is lifting one leg up while trying to get it down to the bench without touching it. She did the exact same thing with the other leg as well, and she repeated the exercise a cupule of times in the reverse position.
Afterward, she used the strength of her body, arms, and legs to lift the red Pilates ball up in the air and back to the ground. She repeated the series a couple of times, and as she captioned the video, it was four series. Her massive strength is shown in this video, as well as her dedication to exercising.
