Through history, we have used different ways of understanding each other. Depending on the situation, various measures had to be taken for an idea or a theory to be recognized and implemented. The crucial fact is that non-verbal contact between people of different opinions has to lead to more efforts in persuading the other side to accept your standpoint. Learning how to communicate is a long and never-ending process no matter how good you currently are. The general rules vary from one person to another and people tend to develop their skills of speaking through personal experience.

This is what has made a difference from kings, lords, social circles and people all around the world –  not only ideas but also their representation. To master the art of verbal communication means to practice with people who hold different opinions and ideas from yours, and then find a way to persuade them. This is easier said than done, but there are some tips and tricks that great speakers use to make an impact.

Depending on the temper of the person in front of you (Sanguine, Phlegmatic, Choleric and Melancholic) the conversation can quickly change. The types of temperament remind you to have in mind not only verbal context but the psychological effects of your words. With language, we can express ourselves more easily and that is what separates us from the other residents of this planet. There is a saying that language is a mean of communication that makes the world turn around.

This is an old saying, but absolutely correct in the stated point that spoken words change everything. Communication Training can be conducted individually, but with limited education purpose and in a group which is far more beneficial. The topics are presented to the group of people of opposite opinions which will lead to a future conversation, debate, and disagreement, etc. This will allow the theories, methods, and tempers to exchange through words, in the end, the group will come to a solution that will satisfy every individual, through talking and discussions.

The modern business depends on the mentioned above facts. An office is a place where words dictate relationships created, broken, upgraded or reduced the potential of the whole collective. Your possible chance to start at a company is depended on your first impression on the interview.  The essential point in communication is to use appropriate language that fits the situation you are in. Like in a jungle the office has this unwritten and written rules of behavior.

Note that your body language needs to correspond with what you say, but that is something that comes naturally. Your body language is also something that can be improved and you can learn some tricks of how to use your body to convey a certain meaning and leave the impression on the subconscious level. When you are sure your tone is louder, your back is straight, and you emphasize the wanted vital points. When you are not sure of the answer or don’t know what to say, your voice is lower the position of your back is more casual, and shoulders are down a bit.

Take in mind all that we mentioned above, and think about your words to be a powerful tool to use in the current and future situations that are waiting for you.
