Africa and the Middle East don’t really sound like promising vacation locations, however, there are some amazing places that you can visit and still be worth your while.

If, by any chance, visiting Africa or the Middle East is your dream, then we’ve got the article for you. This article will focus on explaining how to plan your dream vacation on the second-largest continent and the Middle East.

1. Decide Where You Want to Go

Both places are huge, meaning that you have lots of options for where you want to go. Both places are also rich with historical landmarks, wonders to explore, and sights never seen before. But you can easily decide where to go if you simply determine the type of vacation. Do you want to explore the lush jungles of Africa? Do you want to sample Arabic culture? Or do you want to experience the ancient Egyptian world? Determining the type of vacation will help you make the choice of exactly where to go.

2. Decide When You Want to Go

Both Africa and the Middle East are different in terms of when it’s best advised to visit. Like any place in the world, both Africa and the Middle East have a certain time period when they’re best for visiting. For Africa, it depends on where you’re going. Certain locations are best visited during the winter; these are the places with deserts such as Egypt. However, there are two major deserts in Africa; the Sahara and Kalahari. The Kalahari Desert is best visited between June and July, while the Sahara Desert from November through December. Certain places are best visited during the dry season since there will be fewer rains making your trip a nightmare. These are the places with lush jungle forests.

For the Middle East, however, if you cannot handle the heat, then you shouldn’t come in the summer (May to September), where temperatures can go well beyond the 40 degrees C mark. For the Middle East, its best advised that you visit during the winter. Winter months are between October to April, and temperatures range between 10 and 20 degrees C. Sure it might be chillier, but it sure beats having to stay outside on mind boiling 45.

To visit Africa and the Middle East, you need to find accommodations and flights to get there. For the best destinations, tours, activities, holiday packages, and flights, we suggest you visit tiketi.com.

3. Check Visa Requirements

So, you’ve found your destination, and you’ve booked your flight, what now? Well, its best advises that you check what Visa requirements the place you’re visiting has. For the Middle East, you need a travel Visa if you come from a certain country. However, regardless of where you come, you can fill up the Visa form online and have it delivered to you by mail. As soon as you land in the desired country in the Middle East, all you have to do is show your Visa.

For African countries, Visa rules are havoc since there are more than 50 countries in Africa it’s hard to keep track of all. It’s best that you personally enquire about the specific countries Visa requirements since some African countries allow you to purchase one on arrival and some don’t.
