So ya wanna go all-natural, eh? Tired’a lookin’ around for recipes, ehhh?
Well here you go! There are about a million reasons to DIY your makeup, self care, and home care routines and it gets even cheaper the more you make (these recipes will bring your cost down up to 95 percent), as you can recycle old makeup containers, including any you end up having to buy the first time.
The way to be eco-friendly and sustainable is to not buy stuff in the first place. The second-best is to reuse/repurpose/recycle. The more often you make stuff at home, the more you’re using ingredients that you already have, which cuts down on the packaging you use and buy. The more often you make stuff at home from ingredients that come from nature, the less often you’re using products that contain chemicals that end up in our air, soil, and water.
I picked the recipes that would be the simplest, use the least complicated supplies, and use the same ingredients over and over so once you buy ‘em, you don’t have to worry about shopping again. When you have a little bit of money to stock up on the ingredients and a little bit of time to make them, have some friends over and go buck wild on these DIY supplies!
