Rhodes scholarship mainly targets post-graduate students and selects at least 90+ students each year. Each student can have the opportunity to complete any full-time postgraduate degree, at oxford university.
But, it is to be noted that this scholarship is limited to some countries, like Pakistan, Palestine, countries from the middle east, Saudi Arabia, Canada, China, Australia, India, Hong Kong, Germany, etc.
University will cover all of your allowances, with £17,310 of an annual living stipend, your visa, and two economy flights t and from the UK. And much more.
As long as the eligibility is concerned, you must be 18 years old and should be older than 24 years old on the 1st of October 2024. And for your studies, you should have Bachelor’s Degree by the end of September 2024.
As this scholarship is fully-funded, so you need to work on your grades to achieve this scholarship. And, you got to hurry because the deadline is just around the corner, varies from July-October. As course starts in October 2024.
2. University of Birmingham
If you want to do a master’s degree in the UK, well, good news for you, because next up on our list is Birmingham university. Which targets mainly students wanted to do a Master’s degree.
The scholarship batch of 2024/23 includes 40 students, from countries including Canada, China, Algeria, Zimba, Zimbabwe, Pakistan Egypt, Nigeria, Morocco, Taiwan, Thailand, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Uganda, Malawi, Kenya, Tanzania, Seychelles, Ghana, Mauritius.
But, the main point to be noted is that the university only covers your tuition fees which are £10,000. As for the course, it is set to start in September/October 2024.
To be eligible for the scholarship, you’ll need to keep in mind that:
- You have received and accepted an admission offer from the university.
- Have paid 2000 Euros admission fees.
- Have domicile of one of the countries listed above.
The deadline is just around the corner, which is 30th June 2024.
3. Ual International Postgraduate Scholarship
Looking for a fully-funded scholarship? Well, UAL offers you 50,000 GDP worth of scholarships to study at their university. As for the eligibility, you’ll need to keep in mind that:
- You must have the offer to study at UAL institute.
- You must be MSc, MBA, MFA, MA, M ARCH (any one of them) qualified.
- This is your first time studying aboard.
- Your family income is less than 50,000 GDP.
- You must provide a personal statement, answering some of their questions.
UAL is offering this scholarship to more than 150 countries. And the application is also very easy. Once you receive an offer, your account will be updated with the application form, and after the deadline has passed, UAL will email you informing you about the results.
You the person reading got one time lucky, because, the deadline has been postponed to 30th June 2024, it won’t get postponed again, so, hurry up!
4. Medical School Scholarship at Brunel University London
Next up, we have Brunel University London, a university that contains students from more than 140 countries, has shown up in our list. Brunel University offers many scholarships for the year 2024, but, the one we’re talking about is for undergraduate students.
The University of Brunel offers partial scholarships for international students wanted to do MBBS in the UK. The scholarship winner will be given 6,000 GDP each year for 5 years as a discount on fees, but it’ll be automatically deducted from the tuition fees, not given in hand.
The selection process includes a virtual multiple mini-interview, you’ll be given scores based on which best students will be selected, for the scholarship interview.
Scholarship interviews will be taken by the Head of the admission department, along with at least one senior, and one external.
Two scholarships are already awarded, applying in July is your last chance to apply for 2024, the expected date is unknown, so, you need to keep an eye on their website.
5. University of Stirling
The University of Sterling should be your go-to option if you want to complete your master’s degree in the UK.
Not to mention, one of the most affordable universities you can ever find. Living cost varies around 3000-8000 GDP, which includes all important thing required for a student, with 40% off provided by the facility.
The University of Sterling offers 40% off on tuition fees, providing an additional opportunity to apply for a graduate visa, which allows you to stay in the UK for 2 more years after you graduate.
The deadline for 2024 has passed, but, the good news for you, you can still apply for the 2024 course, which will start on Feb 23, and the application deadline is set to be the end of July 2024.
