To celebrate Commonwealth Day on 11th March, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle went to Canada House in London. Markle was seen wearing a green embroidered coat and a long green dress. But the one thing missing from the whole ensemble was her engagement ring. The reason why she decided to leave it home is that she is now 8 months pregnant, and that is the time when women become too swollen, and their fingers can hold rings anymore. Kate Middleton also decided not to wear her engagement ring when she was pregnant with Prince Louis.

We mentioned before that Prince Harry had Markle’s ring made. The ring is golden, and it has three diamonds. The ring in the middle is from Botswana, Africa, which is Prince Harry and Markle’s favorite place in the world. That is where they fell in love after they decided to go on a romantic getaway in 2016. Prince Harry has been visiting Botswana ever since his mother, Princess Diana died in 1997.
Other two diamonds are from Princess Diana’s collection. Kate Middleton is wearing Princess Diana’s engagement ring, and Prince Harry also wanted for his wife-to-be to be wearing something that honored his late mother.
