Justine Wilson

The longest he has been in a relationship was with Justine Wilson, or Justine Musk, due to the fact that she decided to keep the name after the two got divorced. She shared with Marie Claire that she met Elon Musk while they were both going to Queen’s University in Ontario, Canada. Elon approached her and asked her out, and despite the fact she agreed to go on an ice-cream date with him, she later refused to go. However, Elon went to get the ice-cream anyway, and he appeared with “two chocolate-chip ice cream cones dripping down his hands. He’s not a man who takes no for an answer.” They got married in 2000, and they have a son, Nevada. Unfortunately, Nevada died of sudden infant death syndrome, which caused problems in their marriage. Even though they had twins and triplets, later on, Elon filed for divorce in 2008, and Justine claims they are no longer speaking to each other.
Talulah Riley

Justine shared with Marie Claire that only six weeks after he filed for a divorce, he got engaged to Talulah Riley. Riley went to LA to be closer to her husband-to-be. They got married in 2010, and two years later, they filed for a divorce. Musk allegedly tweeted to Riley, “It was an amazing four years. I will love you forever. You will make someone very happy one day.”

In 2013, E! News stated how Diaz and Musk began a romantic relationship. Nobody ever confirmed it, and if that was, in fact, true, it didn’t last for a long time.
Talulah Riley (again)

Again. The two decided to give it a go for the second time in 2013, when they got back together and tied the knot for the second time. In 2016, Riley was the one to file for a divorce, and the divorce finalized that same year. They remained good friends, though.
Amber Heard

People stated that they were spotted for the first time together in 2016 after Heard got divorced from Johnny Depp, and Musk was in the middle of his divorce from Riley. They went public in 2017, but after a long on-again, off-again relationship, the finally broke up in 2018. An insider close to them shared, “Elon decided it was time to end it and Amber agreed. They both still care deeply for each other but the timing wasn’t right.”

Elon Musk and Grimes kept their relationship to themselves, after finally appearing in public for the Met Gala in 2018. Page Six stated that the two met online after they allegedly made the same joke about artificial intelligence. Musk was posting her videos on Twitter before, stating, “Best music video art I’ve seen in a while.”
