Working out is the best way to lose weight, build muscle and get in any kind of the desired shape in which you want to be for the upcoming summer. As each year goes by, science progresses and with that, we have new information about how our body functions, and that is of significant help when we talk about getting in shape.

When gyms first appeared, people had no idea about certain exercise methods or some advance nutrition programs, all they did was train the way they thought is most effective and ate whatever they ate their whole lives. Sadly, that is not even close to the most effective way to improve our physical capabilities and get our body in the desired shape, so a lot of medical experts and scientists started making studies on almost everything related to physical exercise.

Today is 2019, and we have so much information on different workout programs and whatnot, and even though that’s what we wanted since the beginning, having too much information can be harmful as well. People are sometimes confused about what they are supposed to believe and it might do more harm than good.

In this article, we are going to be discussing resistance loop bands, so if you don’t know what they are or you simply want to learn more about them, feel free to read until the end. Let’s take a look.

What are Resistance Loop Bands?

Resistance loop bands are accessories that you use in order to increase the difficulty of the exercise which you’re currently doing. So for example, if you are a person that enjoys training calisthenics (bodyweight exercises), you might be reaching a point after some time when your bodyweight is not enough anymore, so you need something to make the training harder. This is where resistance loop bands are extremely useful. Click here to see a great example of a loop band.

Although there are plenty of resistance loop bands made by different manufacturers, there is one fairly new company on the market that makes such equipment. Their name is True Mermaid Secrets. One of the greatest thing about this brand is that it targets a large group of women no matter how old or young they are. Other than such sports accessories, there are plenty of things that you will find that are being made by this brand. A girl can find dresses, makeup and all kinds of other accessories which are going to help her get that mermaid look she always wanted. As expected, to complete the look, there is jewelry on offer as well.

There is simply nothing wrong with using resistance bands, they are so easy to use and there is nothing complicated about them. You are simply increasing the difficulty of the exercise which will allow you to build more muscle while doing it. And some people would ask why don’t you just use weight, but to be honest, carrying actual weights in your backpack wherever you go is not really smart, right? As opposed to the resistance bands, they barely weigh anything at all, yet they act the same in terms of making a certain movement harder to do.

Resistance loop bands can be used on many different exercises. Bodyweight squats, or even weighted squats as well, Push-ups, Pull-ups, Glute exercises and tons of others. If you want our honest opinion, we think that resistance loop bands are the cheapest and overall best decision for someone who wants to expand their workout kit and also take their physical capabilities to the next level. They are so simple yet they allow you to turn a gearless workout session into something that feels exactly like you are in the gym hitting the weight room. Definitely recommended!
