It seems like the story will get its epilogue, as Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt‘s divorce battle will end soon.
The famous couple filed divorce papers in 2016 after 12 years of being married, two of which in marriage. Even though it looked like the story will continue for few more years, it was a reported that the couple got till next June to wrap it all up, and it all starts on December 10, with the custody trial for their children.
Angelina and Brad have six children, three adopted Maddox, Pax and Zahara, and three biological Shiloh, Knox and Vivienne. The children are currently with Angelina and she doesn’t allow Brad to see them, but this might change soon.
Brad is asking for 50-50 custody, but Angelina is set to take the full custody from him, and this is where the two can’t get to the same page.
They also have to agree on the property as no prenup was signed.
Angelina said she wants to speed things up and to end it as soon as possible, but Brad’s lawyer said that she never made that request and that she’s doing “thinly-veiled effort to manipulate media coverage.” He also added it was Brad who wanted to finish this nasty battle and that he always took care of children despite the reports that he hadn’t paid any “meaningful” child support to Angelina.
He stated that Brad paid for $8million home she currently lives in with children and that he paid $1.3million in “bills” since they separated.
Hopefully, the couple will come to an agreement, but we still think we won’t see the end of it any soon.
