Hair loss is a condition that affects about one-third of the world’s population. It’s one of the most common problems that both men and women are faced with. If for some reason you cannot sleep with garlic juice on your head throughout the night, there’s another thing you can use – the green tea. Brew the green tea, cool it, rub it in your hair and leave it for an hour. You will see the results after 7 to 10 days.

If you want to prevent hair loss, you should take care of your general health. You should start exercising regularly. Go to the gym, jog, ride a bike, swim, whatever pleases you. Changing your diet can also help you. Eat more proteins and vitamins; avoid junk food and alcoholic beverages. Also, you should stop smoking, or at least reduce it to a minimum.

This one might seem trick, but try to relax. Find whatever helps you unwind and lower the everyday stress you are exposed to. Spend time with your family or friends, take a trip, learn a new skill or simple do some physical activity. Reducing stress will not only help you with hair loss, but it will improve your general health.

The last thing you should do, just to be on the safe side is to get a checkup at your doctor’s office. There are some general health conditions that can disturb hormone balance, which can then cause hair loss.
