The famous actress Brittany Hockley confessed about a hard time that she is having because of the Coronavirus crisis.

However, the 32-year-old actress finished her message in a positive way as she said that everything would be okay.

Just out here looking for 2024 like… Today, I want to tell you that it’s ok to not be ok. ? ???? ?? ?????? ??? ???? ????? ???? ????? ??? ?? ????? ???? ????!! ??????! ? There’s a lot going around social media right now about looking after your physical health and staying motivated everyday. That’s so great! BUT as a mental health advocate I’m here to remind you that with everything going on, every single person is struggling, everyone is facing things they haven’t faced before and never imagined they would face. We are all facing so much uncertainty. It’s ok to lack motivation right now, it’s ok to be sad, it’s ok to be scared, its ok to be anxious, it’s ok to not want to workout, it’s ok to cry, as long as you reach out and go through that with someone else. Burdens shared are much easier to carry. I am scared, stressed, tired, worried. My motivation is at an all time low right now and I’ve cried many times. That’s ok. Make sure you reach out to family and friends if you need and make sure you check on your family and friends too. Now is the time more than ever to help others, anyway you can. There will be light on the other side so if you’re reading this and are having a really hard day today, know that you are loved, not alone and you will be ok, because we are all in this together. In the same post, she posted a photo of herself and started an important message.

‘Just out here looking for 2024 like… Today, I want to tell you that it’s okay to not be okay.’ – said Hockley.

The Bachelor star added that mental health is crucial and that all of us should take care of it.

‘As a mental health advocate, I’m here to remind you that with everything going on, every single person is struggling, everyone is facing things they haven’t before and never imagined they would face. We are all facing so much uncertainty. I am scared, stressed, tired, worried. My motivation is at an all time low right now, and I’ve cried many times,’ – added Brittany.

She also said that each of us should seek help from friends or family, is we feel overwhelmed.

Interrupting your aesthetically beautiful feeds for a hot minute to leave you an important message… Stop being idiots. I get that the fact you can’t see it gives you a sense of confidence and comfort. But it’s real. #Australia. We just got through the most horrific bush fires hopefully we will ever see! We did that by coming together, supporting each other, loving each other. ???, ?? ???? ?? ???? ???????? ?? ??????? ????. Right now, your health care workers are working overtime for you. Putting themselves at risk for you. Getting no sleep for you. Going home crying for you. Coming out of retirement for you. After a huge day yesterday and seeing it first hand I felt the overwhelming need to mention it. Seeing patients abuse Drs, nurses, radiographers, receptionists and other staff for the waiting time and the ‘treatment’ they are getting is disgraceful. Yelling at healthcare workers because they are caught getting a drink of water (can guarantee it’s probably the first break they’ve taken in 12 hours) is disgraceful. ?????????, ?? ??? ?????? ???? ????. They are turning up every day and every night to take care of YOU. So you should be taking care of THEM. Please realise that they are doing their best for you. Why would they want anything other than the best for you? I’ve had drs write to me saying they have to see certain patients now without the right protective equipment because of the shortage, because people are stealing it and over buying it when they don’t need it. We need to be kept safe so that we can keep YOU safe. It’s simple. Elderly are going without so that others are safe for months. ?????????, ?? ??? ?????? ???? ????. Stop stealing and hoarding sanitiser, groceries and Protective equipment and Stop ignoring the governments advice. Stop panicking. Stop going out and partying and putting others at risk. Stop flooding the healthcare system when you don’t need to. ?????????, ?? ??? ?????? ???? ????. Follow government guidelines, be smart. Love each other. Be kind. ?Britt #cometogetherbystayingaway #nz

The actress is also working as a radiographer, and she works in a hospital with the patients that suffer from Coronavirus. A couple of days ago, she was telling her fans how patients are mistreating doctors and nurses, and that they don’t even have protective equipment.

On the same occasion, she invited people to respect all the Government’s measurements.
