Hollywood had softened a little, compared to the old days when actors and actresses were forced to do what they were requested to do, whether they liked it or not. Judy Garland is a perfect example of what show business and Hollywood can do to you. Today things changed, and people are entitled to have their say in what they want and what they do not wish to do.
Pregnancy is hard as it is, and when you are an actress in the middle of the filming, producers are trying their best to hide their pregnancies in many smart and funny ways. While filming Friends, Lisa Kudrow was pregnant, and producers decided to make the character pregnant with triplets. Some used stunt doubles, props to hide the baby bump.
