There is more than one way to have fun and throw a party. One of the more unconventional ways to throw a party is to throw one on a party bus. Since most people don’t rent out party buses on the regular, it might be useful if you were to learn a few things about them before you do.

On that note, today, we’re going to go over some party bus essentials. And, the one thing we can promise you after you read this – you’re going to become a party bus pro.

Let’s get this party started.

How Far In Advance Should You Book A Party Bus?

Source: fivestarlimonv.com

Let’s start with the most important thing – how early should you book a party bus? Well, that depends. If you are looking to book a Niagara Falls Party Bus, you should probably come in a little sooner than if you were to book a bus in your local town.

Even though party buses aren’t everyone’s go-to for a party, in some places, they are far more popular, and if you want to secure yours – you’ll want to book it early.

The worst thing you could do is think that you’ll be able to book it a day early. If you do that, we guarantee you – you won’t get it. There aren’t a lot of party busses going around, so if you want to get your hands on one – you better act early.

Just to be safe, we’d suggest booking it at least a month earlier. That should be more than enough for you to make sure you get the one you want. However, if you already know the date, for instance, if you’re booking it for your bachelor or bachelorette party, it wouldn’t hurt to get on it as early as possible. Three months in advance? Sure, why not. That way, you’ll certainly be able to rent just the one you were looking for.

How Much Does Renting A Party Bus Cost?

Source: bookbuses.com

Another important thing is knowing just how much you’re going to have to spend when renting party-on-the-wheels. But, as you can probably guess, there is no straight answer to this question. Renting fees vary based on a number of factors. Like we’ve said, a Niagara Falls Party Bus won’t cost the same amount as the one in LA, Las Vegas or Cleveland.

The model of the bus will affect the price, as well. The luxurious the bus is – the more it’ll cost. Furthermore, the size of the bus will also affect the cost. Generally speaking, party busses take from 15 to 40 passengers. As you can guess, the bigger the bus – the bigger check you’ll have to cut.

On average, for the smallest models, the ones that fit 15 to 20 passengers, the renting free will be somewhere in the neighbourhood from $100 to $200 per hour. On the other hand, if you’d like to rent the one that can fit 40 people, then you’ll have to spend somewhere in the vicinity of $500 an hour.

What You Need To Know Before Renting A Party Bus?

Even though not all party busses cost the same, and even though you have to book some of them a lot earlier than the others – some things never change, according to libertyniagaralimo.ca. What we mean by this is, it doesn’t matter where you are, how much you’re spending or how many of you are there – preparation should always stay the same. On that note, here are some things you should know about before booking and renting a party bus.

Headcount First, Renting Second

Source: partybusbcn.com

You should always know just how many of you are going before you go out and book or rent a party bus. This is the only way for you to make sure everyone has a good time. Don’t believe us? Well, then answer us this. Which of these would you rather visit – a party of 20 in a 20-seater, a party of 20 in a 40-seater, or a party of 40 in a 20-seater?

If you ask us, there is only one good answer, and that’s 20 for 20. If you don’t do the headcount first, the only thing that’s going to happen is you’re either going to spend time in a half-empty vehicle, or you’re going to have to sit in each other’s laps. And, as far as we’re concerned – none of those sound like a good time.

Book It In Person

If you have the option, you should always go and take a look at the vehicle in person. The last you’d want is to pay a deposit and spend hundreds of dollars on a run-down bus. We’re not saying that’s bound to happen, but unless you check and see for yourself – it just might.

And that’s not the only reason why you should do it. What if you don’t like the interior? What if you want to peek your head through the sunroof and watch looking at the waterfall while you ride the Niagara Falls Party Bus, only to find out that the bus does not have a sunroof? We’re just spitballing here, but unless you check, these things could very well happen.

Don’t Hassle The Driver

Source: partybussouthbend.com

The number one rule of the party bus is to never hassle or be rude to a driver. You have nothing to do with them. It is their job to drive you around, and it is your job to allow them to do it. No matter how drunk you get – don’t annoy them, don’t bother them while they’re driving and don’t offer them alcohol. Just stay in the back and have fun. That’s all you’re in there for.

Don’t Forget The Food

Most of these parties will last for hours, and even though we know that most of you only plan on having fun and drinking – you still have to eat. Now, we’re not saying that you should hire catering or anything like that, but you should have some food in there. After all, you shouldn’t really drink on an empty stomach if you want to last the entire ride.

Conclusion:

There you go. We’ve done our best to outline the most important things and give you a few tips along the way. Right now, we can only hope you’ve enjoyed reading this and that you’ve learned a thing or two. Take care and have fun!
