Meghan Markle’s cleansing program

The women in the royal family are fans of diets, like Kate Middleton and her famous Dukan Diet, and Meghan Markle and her Clean Program. But what is exactly this cleansing program?

The Clean Program

The Clean Program is famous in Hollywood. It is one of the most sought-after cleanse. “I definitely try to eat as clean as possible and I started working with Dr. Alejandro Junger of the Clean cleanse,” Meghan shared with Shape in 2013. As stated by its website, the program is a 21day cleanse that concentrates on undoing bad eating habits, gaining more energy, and learning new healthy eating habits. It consists of three weeks and it aids your body to reset and have healthier habits.

Week one is the toughest. “You will quite likely feel tired and sluggish as your body detoxes,” notes the program. In week two you fell your energy is going back. “After working through the initial detox, you will start feeling more energy and begin sleeping more soundly.” After week three you feel energized, lighter and healthier.

What do you eat?

It concentrates more on adding a wide range of nutrient-dense foods into your daily regimen and eliminating foods that cause sensitivities and inflammation. Breakfast is usually a shake with supplements and a probiotic. Lunch is a clean meal, with supplements, and dinner is also a shake with supplements. Meghan Markle shared with The Chalkboard in 2015 that her favorite is program’s Clean Daily Vanilla Shake with blueberries.

The Clean Cleanse powder is a must in this 21-day program, and it can be used outside the program, which Meghan probably does. As the program’s website stated, the Clean Daily Shake is chock full of antioxidant-rich ingredients, a good source of vitamins, protein, and can help curb cravings.

Will she go on the Clean Program after pregnancy?

Kate Middleton got her body back quickly after she gave birth. Meghan will probably also concentrate to do the same after her pregnancy, and she will most likely turn to her Clean Program. She will probably also do yoga, pilates, running and Tracy Anderson Method DVDs to get her body back.
