Morning person
Meghan’s favorite part of the day is morning. She starts her day at 4:30 a.m. She first starts with some yoga exercise, to relax and prepare for the busy day.
Email to staff
At 5.00 a.m. she emails her staff to get ahead of everything on her agenda for the day, to make sure that everything goes as according to the plan.
Music
The Duchess is known for not drinking caffeine, and instead of a cup of coffee to help her wake up, she has a wake-up playlist, where you can hear songs from Jackson 5 and Ingrid Michaelson.
Exercise
Besides yoga, Meghan likes running for her mental health and she has been seen jogging around the Kensington Palace Green on a weekly basis.
Healthy breakfast
Her breakfast is usually acai bowl, which is her favorite meal, oatmeal or an omelet, depending on her mood.
Royal engagements
From luncheons to meetings with world leaders to State Dinners, Meghan’s day is mostly filled with royal duties. She also has some projects on her own, like the Grenfell Tower community kitchen.
Home renovation
In addition to her busy schedule, Meghan has also to prepare for her unborn baby, and she is soon moving with Prince Harry to the countryside. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are renovating a 10-bedroom estate home on the ground of Windsor at the moment, so the Duchess is probably engaged in renovating the house, from planning to selecting the furniture to meeting with designers, Meghan’s day surely is filled with haste.
Groceries
Just like any other ordinary human being on this planet, Meghan is also shopping for groceries. She has been seen at Whole Food and M&S.
