Pregnant Katy Perry Covered Her Mouth as She Was Leaving Australia After a Lockdown in the Hotel Where Virus-hit Tom Hanks Was Staying
The pregnant singer Katy Perry was taking no chances on Thursday.
She was noticed covering her face with a pillow when she was making her way through Sydney airport amid the coronavirus pandemic, that saw her locked-down in her hotel for 24 hours.
The singer was cautious when fleeing Australia, where Tom Hanks and his wife Rita Wilson contracted the virus.
Earlier this week, Perry stayed in the same hotel as the actor, the Park Hyatt in Sydney.
Katy was dressed casually for her flight, wearing a grey tracksuit and Adidas sneakers, and a pair of sunglasses.
The star is probably returning home to the United States to reunite with her fiance Orlando Bloom.
They are expecting their first child together.
Orlando was affected by coronavirus measures on Thursday as it was announced that production of the second season of his Amazon Prime series Carnival Row had been canceled.
The actor posted a video to his Instagram account from the set in Prague, saying: “It’s farewell from us as we go home to be quarantined.”
