Wes Anderson and Roman Coppola are something of a movie-making dream team, and they’ve taken their quirky, manic-pixie-dream-film aesthetic and lent it to Prada for a series of advertorial vignettes. Their collaborative campaign for the fashion house’s latest perfume, Candy L’eau, stars French actress Lea Seydoux as the titular Candy, a baby bangs-wearing ingenue trapped in a love triangle that she doesn’t seem to be too mad about — in fact, it’s quite saccharine. Get it? The campaign kicks off with three 12-second clips, with three longer teasers to follow and then a final full-length spot. Oh, and they’re all in French with English subtitles. Because of course. Watch the first minute-long teaser above, and the three clips after the jump! [Fashionista, Popsop]
