Chitty Chitty Bang Bang is not the greatest name for the movie, but it does not suggest the level of spookiness it features. A car inventor, along with his family, goes into an imaginary world where a jester is riding a carriage. Resembling today’s ice cream man, the creeper lures two kids into a den of nightmares and takes them away while they are screaming.
