Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin had a secret, small wedding ceremony in 2018, and they moved to Canada, where Bieber is from, to get away from all the paparazzi that was chasing them. They decided to have a traditional wedding ceremony in January 2019, but it was postponed, and that left everyone wondering, what is the reason behind this?
Guest list
Various insiders shared with Entertainment Tonight, “Justin and Hailey are still planning to have a wedding or celebration with their closest friends and family. However, Justin is very spontaneous. [He] keeps Hailey and everyone on their toes.” Since this is the award season and TV shows have continued to film, many of the people they intend to invite to their wedding are very busy at the moment. A source shared with People, “They’re working with the schedules of all their friends and family to make sure they can be surrounded by the people they love. There’s no real rush, They’ve been figuring out the perfect time to do it, and they both feel like the sooner, the better. They’re still figuring it out.”
Prenup
When they got married, they didn’t sign a prenup. Bieber is reportedly worth $265 million, and Baldwin is around $2 million. “Justin and Hailey wanted to be married and didn’t want to wait. They didn’t want word to get out right away though so they “kept their marriage a secret from a lot of people” and “were telling people they weren’t married when they were,” shared an insider. Even though they got married in September 2018, there is no rush for them to have a formal wedding ceremony, and they can wait for everything to work out for them to have a proper celebration with their close friends and family.
