Queen Mary, Queen Elizabeth, and King Edward VI
First of all, their father was notorious and famous King Henry VIII, however, they did not share a mother since King Henry is famous for marrying a lot and for killing his own wives of that he can have other ones. All of his children have been rulers at some point. Edward became king in 1547 when his father died. When he died in 1553, Mary became the Queen but she was succeeded by Elizabeth in 1558 after her death.
Wilbur and Orville Wright
They came from a family with seven children. They did not have any formal academic education, but this did not prevent them from making the first airplanes that could actually fly. They accomplished this in 1903 and the first useful airplane was constructed in 1095. They have been close from the earliest days and remained to be close when they grew up.
The Jackson Five
The Jackson Five consisted of Michael Jackson, one of the most popular and famous pop stars in history, and his four siblings named Jackie, Tito, Jermaine, and Marlon. We should mention that the group was very popular in the 1970s and that they were the first Afro-American teen group. We should also mention that all other members of the family pursued musical careers as well.
King Edward VIII and King George VI
It is usual that the first born child is a king. However, there are some exceptions to this rule like the one in 1936 when King George replaced King Edward VIII as a British monarch. We should also mention that King Edward outlived his brother and by almost twenty years.
The Kennedy siblings
We should mention that many of them left their mark in history. First of all, Joseph P. Kennedy, Jr. was killed in the Second World War and he was a lieutenant. John F. Kennedy became the 35th President of the USA and his assassination is one of the most known in history. Eunice Kennedy Shriver founded Special Olympics. Jean Kennedy Smith was an ambassador and a founder of an organization that helps disabled people. Edward Moore Kennedy has served as a senator for almost 50 years.
Bronte sisters
They were one of the most female writers in history. Charlotte was born in 1816, Emily in 1818 and Anne in 1829. They were all fascinated by writing and they were each other’s best friends. Some of their works are so popular that they have been transferred into films and are considered to be world classics.
Venus and Serena Williams
They were born in California, Serena in 1981 and Venus in 1980 and they have three more sisters. Their father, Richard, is the one who trained them tennis and saw great potential in them. He knew that they could be the best which they actually became and they won dozens of the most prestigious tournaments in the world.
Marx Brothers
They were extremely popular in the 1920s due to their comedy acts that they performed. Their names were: Chico, Harpo, Groucho, Gummo, and Zeppo. Of course, these are just the nicknames that they had. They have appeared in over 13 films.
George and Ira Gershwin
When we think of the golden times of jazz in the 1920s and 1930s we should know that most of the music and lyrics have been made by these two gentlemen. Ira was born in 1896 and George in 1898. George was the one who composed and Ira the one who wrote texts.
Grimm brothers
Wilhelm Carl Grimm was born in 1786 and Jacob Ludwig Carl Grimm in 1785. They are the ones who wrote some of the most popular fairy tales in the world that have been made into films. If it had not been for them, we would never know who Snow White and Cinderella are.
Ann Landers and Abigail van Buren
These twins were born in 1918and they have been some of the best female columnists in history since they wrote Ann Landers and Dear Abby columns.
Kelly Brothers
Again, identical twins that have both succeeded in becoming astronauts. It should be added that they were the case of the study of twins when one remains on Earth and the other one spends some time in space.
Mayo brothers
William and Charles Mayo were the founders of one of the best known clinics in the world. They founded it with their father, called William.
