During their extensive time spent bonding on the set of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Megan Fox and Will Arnett formed a fast friendship. As with any true friendship, they not only grew to appreciate each other’s strengths, but have also noticed each other’s flaws. More specifically, Fox called out Arnett for the young girlfriends he brought to set during a recent appearance on Conan.
According to Fox, who is well-acquainted with the behaviors of creepy and inappropriate men, there were a few points during the filming of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles when she noticed a startling pattern in Arnett’s dating habits. She teasingly explained the dynamic on Conan, saying: “He was sort of dating a lot, and every other week there was a new girlfriend, and he would bring them to set. They were progressively getting younger and younger as the weeks went on, and it got to the point where I was like, ‘Buddy, I’m worried. Should I talk to craft service and make sure they have Lunchables for your girlfriend?’”
Her playful shade immediately makes me wonder exactly how young Arnett’s girlfriends were, but mostly if craft service did indeed have the goods for Lunchables (particularly the pizza ones, because those are good as hell.)
Her teasing criticism of Arnett didn’t end there — she also quipped that there was no food with cartoon characters on it, which obviously served as a further indictment of his young taste in women. But honestly, it just made me sad. Why can’t adults have food with cartoon characters?!?! The world is cruel.
Luckily for Arnett and the world at large, Fox’s wit and banter aren’t limited to throwing shade at cast mates. During her recent appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Fox shared that the fetus she is impregnated with has telepathic capabilities.
“You don’t hear an audible voice, but I feel like you receive messages from the child if you’re open to it,” she said, likely brandishing an invisible crystal ball. “For instance, this baby wanted me to live somewhere else, so we’re moving to a whole different place in Los Angeles because I feel like that’s where this baby wants to be raised.”
At this point, I can’t tell if I’m more in love with Fox because of her sense of humor and ability to call out bullshit, or if I am harboring a deep fear of her potentially demon-like spawn.
