The newest member of the royal family, Meghan Markle, aka the Duchess of Sussex is expecting her first baby with Prince Harry. With various exercises, like yoga and running, Meghan Markle manages to stay fit during her pregnancy period. She is currently in her third trimester, and everyone is anxious for the arrival of the baby Sussex.
Pregnancy cravings
“She’s been eating much more cheese than she used to — pasteurized, of course — and Harry has been buying her British candy and chocolates. She caves and eats well-done chips [fries], but mostly she sticks to her very healthy, clean eating,” said a royal source to InTouch Weekly.

Favorite foods
Meghan is known for her healthy lifestyle, but she still likes to indulge herself. She shared with Cosmopolitan once, “I could eat French fries all day.” Besides French fries, she shared with EyeSwoon, “I now buy the Annie’s organic one if I’m craving it, but I throw some frozen peas into it and have this gooey simple childlike meal. I used to cook it for the kids I would babysit, and I always enjoyed feeling like a kid and eating with them.”
Pregnancy diet
Meghan is on a strict diet, which forbids alcohol, soft cheeses, rare steak, and sushi. She is still allowed to eat pasta, watermelon, roasted chicken and mac, and cheese.
Workout routine
Meghan wakes up every morning at 4:30 a.m. for her yoga practice. Doria Ragland, her mother, is a yoga instructor, and she has a yoga studio in her house, which Meghan is also installing in her new home, Frogmore Cottage. She also has a running routine.
Due date
“Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Sussex is expecting a baby in the Spring of 2019,” said the Kensington Palace announcement in the fall of 2018. That means that Meghan’s due date is somewhere around April or May, which Meghan confirmed during her visit to the town of Birkenhead.
