Prince Harry and Meghan Markle had a turbulent day on Friday when arriving in Sydney. The couple is currently on their first royal tour of Australia, New Zealand, Tonga, and Fiji. They had some small landing problems when they were returning to Sydney on their last days of the tour for closing ceremonies of the Invictus Games.
As it can be seen on the video, Prince Harry and Meghan’s aeroplane was landing on the Sydney Airport, but suddenly it started regaining altitude. We have later found that the pilot had to get the aeroplane back in the air as there was another aeroplane on the runway. Simon Atkinson a BBC journalist, who was also on the plane, said that a pilot made a joke after his action saying, “You’ll get another great view of the harbour.”
The Duke and the Duchess of Sussex will stay on the Australia tour until November 1.
