The British royal family is the most popular royal family and there are numerous headlines and stories about it. As it comes with the constant media presence, some unwanted things also get into public. Apart from all that luxury and royalty, there are also numerous scandals that have marked the ruling of the current British royal family.

He has been crowned the King of England, but he has done what happens from time to time in the British royal family – he fell in love with a commoner. When he met Wallis Simpson in the 1930 he immediately fell in love with her, but there was one problem – she was already married to another man. On the top of all this, she has been married before that as well, and divorced once already. So, the British public was fiercely against this marriage and did not want this woman as a queen. This was the time when the monarchy has been in a crisis. On the other hand, Edward was so in love with her that he chose her before the crown and he thus decided to abdicate in 1936. The two of them married after her divorce was done, and they have been happily married until Edward died in 1972.

Family members, just like any other people, attend parties and events, and some of those are costume parties. However, there are some costumes that are simply not appropriate for any human being let alone the member of the British royal family. So, there has been a huge scandal when Prince Harry showed at some costume party in 2005 wearing a complete Nazi uniform. The problem was that Harry was photographed and the photo was released in the tabloids and other media. The greater problem was since there have been two weeks until the celebration organized in the honor of the liberation of Auschwitz. The second problem is that Britain has lost so many lives during Nazi bombarding England and British liberation of Europe. To make things a bit better, he made a public apology.

Well, we need to realistic and say that Harry has certainly created numerous scandals in his lifetime. In 2012, he actually made another one. Namely, when Harry was in Las Vegas partying and having a great time, he was photographed naked and the photo got to the press. His naked picture is the result of the strip billiard that he and his friends played with some girls. He made an apology for his behavior, once again.

She may be considered as the ultimate shame of the royal family during her marriage and surely after it. We all remember the scene when a USA billionaire was sucking her toes and when she made millions and millions of debt. However, the scandal that happened in 2012 was the biggest one since she tried to provide the access to Prince Andrew, her ex-husband, for 750K USD. The royal family was horrified, and she has apologized for her actions.

The marriage of Prince Charles and Princess Diana has been full of turmoil and of scandals. On the top of all this, there have been recordings of their conversations with their lovers, with whom they have had secret affairs during their marriage. The first footage that came to the press was the conversation between Princess Diana and her lover James Gilbey, when her called her Squidgy. It was this scandal that actually speeded up the divorce of the two. In 1993, however, there has been another tape with Charles and Camila’s conversation. The thing that was most horrific was actually the joke that Charles made when he stated that he would actually like to be reincarnated as Camilla’s tampon.

Apart from this, he is also known to make another doubtful and very suspicious friendships with dictators and some similar people. Let’s just say that he is friends with sex-offender Jeffrey Epstein, Tarek Kaituni etc.
