Angelina Jolie was the victim of tabloids countless times in 2018. The top rumor was that the actress was going to marry a wealthy British philanthropist.
Gossip Cop busted Life & Style in March for publishing a false cover story that claimed that Jolie was going down the aisle with a secret boyfriend. He was supposedly an English millionaire whom the Hollywood star met during a United Kingdom visit in 2017. An alleged source told the them how the actress fell in love with the new “fiancé” after they bonded over a shared passion of helping refugees, as well as politics.
The insider said, “Angelina can’t wait to wed and says she’s never been this in sync with someone before. Her goal is to ultimately settle in London with him and the kids. She’s sure husband No. 4 will be her final husband.”
When the falls story first appeared, Gossip Cop said the identity of the “British philanthropist” was never confirmed because he does not exist at all. A source close to Jolie revealed that the story is completely made up. Months later, it became clear as nothing happened. She did not even date anyone.
People magazine later reported how the actress “has no interest in dating at all. She is absolutely not seeing anyone and will not be. She will focus only on [her] children and being with them.” E! News also reported that she is “Not dating. She’s very focused on her kids and doesn’t have a lot going on outside of that.”
The actual news is that she has finally reached an agreement in the custody battle with her ex-husband Brad Pitt. The details were not made public, but it seems like the famous actor will get joint physical and legal custody. Their divorce is yet to be officially finalized. All and all, the new spouse would not be able to happen, as she is not yet divorced. He was completely made up by the controversial tabloid.
