Kate Middleton’s daily diet consists of healthy food and well-balanced meals that can give her energy for her daily royal engagements, all while staying in great shape.
Contents
No pasta
If you are aware of the royal food rules, you might know that pasta is not allowed. It usually applies to the Queen’s menu, but Kate is also trying to avoid it. Pasta is served only on special occasions.
Curry
Kate’s number one food is curry. She uses every opportunity she gets to order curry when she orders takeout. She enjoys curry more when she prepares it herself at home.
High protein, low carb
Also known as The Dukan Diet, a high protein and low carb diet is something Kate usually applies when she wants to get rid of those few pounds left for the perfect shape. It consists of vegetables, fruit, lean protein, and whole wheat bread.
Roasted chicken
You might remember how much Meghan Markle loves roasted chicken, but Kate is also a fan. She likes to prepare it for her family at home when they all had a busy day.
Raw food
Kate’s diet also has some raw food in it. She likes to include meals like ceviche to balance out her food choices. She also likes watermelon salad, goji berries, gazpacho, tabbouleh, and almond milk.
Treating yourself
When she is not on a diet, the Duchess of Cambridge likes to have an occasional sweet. As some stated, when the family arrives at Sandringham House for Christmas celebrations, they are greeted with treats and Kate doesn’t shy away from them. That is usually Christmas pudding and fruitcake and afternoon tea. Her son, Prince George also likes the fruitcake.
Pregnancy diet
Because of her pregnancy nausea, the Duchess has some difficulties to keep up with things. Supposedly, she had to go through food hypnotherapy to improve a better appetite. Her pregnancy dies includes a lot of avocados, oatmeals, and berries to help her gain healthy weight.
Trying new things
When on royal duty to foreign countries, Kate enjoys trying out the local cuisine.
