According to CNN, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are finally going to court to determine who gets the custody of the children.
The hearing is set for December 4, as stated by the files acquired by CNN.
Angelina and Brad split in September 2016 after almost a decade together.
They have six kids together, Maddox, 17, Pax, 14, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 12, and Vivienne and Knox, 10.
Angelina and Brad’s custody battle has been a bit chaotic ever since they separated.
Angelina wanted her kids to stay only with her, while Brad wanted to share the custody of the kids.
Angelina has at the moment all of her children with her.
