The story about Angelina Jolie wanting to leak the video of a drunken Brad Pitt circulates on the Internet, and even one of the tabloids claims it’s true.

In 2016, Jolie filed for divorce from Pitt and they were in a custody battle over their six children. Just before filing for divorce, the Jolie-Pitt family was on the flight from France to Los Angeles, and during it, Pitt got into quarrel with their oldest son Maddox. The rumor has it that once the plane stopped to refuel, someone recorded the incident. It has been claimed that Pitt was so drunk that he almost run over airline workers during his ride in an airport golfing cart.

„Angie sees this as her ace in the hole. Ever since she saw the video, Angie has been up all night plotting, talking to her lawyers and taking notes. She is fully prepared to leak the video to news media to get what she wants… If this video becomes public, it would crush him. But Angie is so fixated on winning this court battle, she doesn’t care.“
However, it seems that this story isn’t true at all. First of all, existence of any video of Pitt at the airport is in question, and even if it does exist, it doesn’t make Pitt appear quilty, because it would have already been included with Jolie’s previous court filings. In December 2018, it has been reported that Jolie received less custody and time with their children than Pitt, so in case Jolie has video, she would have leaked it long time ago, to help her win the custody battle.
The tabloid which claimed the story was true, published the pictures saying they are from the video, but the pictures are in much smaller print and doesn’t seem to confirm the story.

This isn’t the first time some magazine published the fake story and Pitt was in it. Almost a year ago, one tabloid published an article about Pitt and Jennifer Aniston getting back together and kissing. They even photoshopped a picture to support the story. Another one was about demands from Pitt and Jolie’s daughter Shiloh to live in Missouri with her grandparents. But the most interesting one was about Pitt and Aniston expecting a baby.

After the 2016’s airplane incident, Pitt quit drinking and has been sober ever since. Since there are no indication of video’s existance or it being submitted during Pitt-Jolie custody battle, we can tell for sure that this story is fake news.
