There have been news that the Queen and Prince Charles are stopping Meghan Markle’s and Prince Harry’s plan of starting their separate “philanthropy brand” that would not be connected to the Royal Family.
The new royal couple had an idea to start up their personal “Sussex brand” which would have no connections with the royal family, as reported by the online magazine Page Six. A source close to the royal family stated that: “They wanted their household to be entirely independent of Buckingham Palace, but were told ‘no’. They can’t just go off and do their own thing. Instead, the Sussexes’ will have their own separate offices away from the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge but will still be under the Royal Family.”

What the pair wishes to do is concentrate on their own causes and follow a different path than the one that Kate and William are on. They plan to do this when spring comes and they move to Frogmore after they have their child. Meghan Markle might ask Victoria Beckham for advice on how to make their organization appeal to everyone because she has experience with that. They became friends through their husbands. Now Meghan wears clothes from her line very often.

The fact that the new foundation is going to separate the brothers, Harry and William, might bring risk to the royal foundation. It was first set up in 2009 with the help of both of them.
