In addition to her busy royal life and pregnancy, she also manages to stay healthy and concentrated on her healthy lifestyle. We all know she is a yoga fan, but is there something else she does to maintain her perfect shape?
Running routine
“I love running, but I think you have to find a workout routine that really speaks to you beyond trying to get goals for your body,” she shared with Shape back in 2013. “For me, running, I need it as much for my head and to clear my head as I do for keeping in shape so I love to jog,” she added. However, she slowed down a bit during these recent years. “As I’ve gotten older, running has become hard on my knees, so I can’t run outside the way I used to,” she told Best Health. Still, Meghan was seen a couple of times running in the Kensington Palace. When she is not outside running, she goes on a treadmill workout.
Other exercises
Yoga
Yoga and hot yoga are Meghan’s favorites. She wakes up in 4:30 in the morning just to have her yoga practice.
Pilates
Pilates is another way for Meghan to maintain her shape and strengthen her body. She probably exercises a lot of mat pilates, and she likes Pilates Platinum in Los Angeles, which uses a reformer to sculpt and tone.
Tracy Anderson Method DVDs
“I’ve been doing the Tracy Anderson DVDs gosh for five, six years almost now,” she shared with Shape. “I just find that the results are great and you can do little 15-minute increments — I’ll do it in my trailer — and then at the end of the day you’ve had a full workout,” she revealed.
Gym
While living in Toronto, Meghan worked out at the gym with personal trainer Craig McNamee, and she said that she enjoyed lower-body workouts using mini bands.
