Her mother is a yoga instructor
Doria Ragland, Meghan’s mother is a yoga instructor in Los Angeles, California, and Meghan’s love for yoga came from her mother.
Yoga lover as a kid
When she was 7 years old, she started practicing yoga but didn’t take it as seriously as she is doing it know until she started going to college. “Yoga is my thing. My mom is a yoga instructor and I started doing mommy-and-me yoga with her when I was seven,” she shared with Best Health. “I was very resistant as a kid, but she said, “Flower, you will find your practice – just give it time.” In college, I started doing it more regularly.”
Hot yoga
Even though she loves a traditional yoga practice, sometimes she likes to go an extra mile with hot yoga.
Waking up early
Meghan gets up at 4:30 a.m. and goes into yoga practice before she emails her staff at 5:00 a.m.
Jetlag
Meghan travels a lot, and to help herself with jetlag, she does yoga.
Handstand
One of her favorite yoga instructor, Duncan Parviainen, Meghan practices inversions, which is going upside down, and she is an expert in doing handstands.
