Prince Charles and his wife Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall are currently on a nine-day tour of West Africa where they’ll visit Gambia, Ghana, and Nigeria.
On one of his meetings with officials and leaders in Ghana, Prince Charles talked about his fears for future generations. Prince Charles has got three grandchildren from Prince William and Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge, and one unborn, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex’ baby.
“I am about to have another grandchild,” he boasted.
Yet, we could see his concern about his unborn grandchild.
“It does seem to me insanity if we are going to bequeath this completely polluted, damaged and destroyed world to them. All grandchildren deserve a better future,” he added.
Prince Charles gave his opinion on pollution explaining there is an urge for talks and protection of the ocean.
“The legacy of plastic is now on the global agenda,” he added, assuring officials and leaders there still time to do something to save our grandchildren’s future.
“A solution is achievable and simply has to be done for all our sakes.”
