This Sunday was a big day for the royal family for more than one reason. Next to it being Easter it is also the Queen’s birthday. She turned 93 years this Sunday. The family gathered this Sunday for the Easter Sunday service at the St. George’s Chapel at the Windsor Castle, but there was someone that was missing. It was Meghan Markle. This information caused the appearance of a lot of rumors of why that was.
The Royal Family Goes to the Easter Sunday Service at St. George’s Chapel at the Windsor Castle
Many members of the royal family like Kate Middleton, Prince William, Prince Harry, Zara Tindall, Mike Tindall and Queen Elizabeth II herself were there. We saw Kate Middleton give a curtsy to the Queen when they were outside of the church. The Queen’s outfit was beautiful, she was dressed in a vibrant blue coat and a hat that matched it.
Prince Harry attended the service without his pregnant wife, Meghan Markle, which made many people assume her pregnancy was coming to an end, and she is going to give birth very soon. Ther member who attended the service were: Prince Andrew, Princess Anne, Sophie Countess of Wessex, her son James Viscount Severn, Princess Beatrice, Zara and Mike Tindall, and Peter and Autumn Phillips also attended.
Many People Wished the Queen a Happy Birthday Online
The Kensington Palace as well as The Royal Family social media pages gave their good wishes to the Queen on her birthday this Sunday. Kensington Palace shared a number of pictures on Twitter and said “Wishing a very happy 93rd birthday to Her Majesty The Queen! #HappyBirthdayYourMajesty.”
The Royal Family Instagram page put out a video that showed the Queen through the years, noting: “Happy 93rd birthday to Her Majesty The Queen! Our video includes a photograph from each decade of The Queen’s life, from an image of her as a baby in 1926, to her visit to King’s College last month. #QueensBirthday #HappyBirthdayHerMajesty.”

Even though she was not present at the service itself, Meghan Markle, together with her husband Prince Harry wished the Queen a happy birthday. They posted a special message on their shared Instagram profile for the Queen: “Happy Birthday Your Majesty, Ma’am, Granny. Wishing you the most wonderful day! Harry & Meghan.”
The post made by Meghan and Harry featured a number of photos of the Queen in her younger days, also photos of Prince Harry and Prince William as young boys. Other photos showed The Queen with Meghan and also a photo of the three together.
Does this Mean Meghan Will Be Giving Birth Soon?
Because Meghan Markle didn’t make an appearance at the service, people are wondering if she might be giving birth very soon or if she even already had the baby. People think this because she would need a serious reason to miss this important day, since it was not only Easter Sunday but also the Queens birthday. But what makes more sense is that she will be having it any moments because everyone agrees that Prince Harry wouldn’t leave her alone if she just had the baby.
A statement they released in the previous week showed that they won’t share too many details about the birth which makes some fans think she may have already had it.
The account for the Buckingham Palace put out a statement that said: : “The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are very grateful for the goodwill they have received from people throughout the United Kingdom and around the world as they prepare to welcome their baby. Their Royal Highnesses have taken a personal decision to keep the plans around the arrival of their baby private. The Duke and Duchess look forward to sharing the exciting news with everyone once they have had an opportunity to celebrate privately as a new family.”
