As the newest member of the royal family, Meghan has some important roles to play and to fulfill and responsibilities to cover. Her actual day-to-day activities are probably not what you would expect from the former actress and current duchess. Her days used to be filled with call times, performing in front of the camera, memorizing lines, and working on a lifestyle website called “The Tig”. However, as a member the royal family of Britain, her daily activities changed drastically. Let us dive into her duties and see what a day in her life looks like.

She does yoga or goes for a run
Being a daughter of a yoga instructor, she is very committed to the activity, and practices a vinyasa flow every day. She is currently building a yoga studio and a gym in her new home near Windsor Castle, to have a space to enjoy her favorite rituals in the comfort of her home. Other than yoga, Meghan loves running. She loved to hit the treadmill before becoming royalty, and she likely still does so.
She meditates
Meghan also focuses on mental clarity and balance through meditation. It is however unclear how often she meditates now, but the duchess surely incorporates it into her daily lifestyle.
She drinks a green juice
That she loves living healthy is already established, and as a health conscious person, her day starts with a green juice. Prince Harry’s wife loves the boost of natural energy it ogives, as well as all the added health benefits.
She cooks
She is famously a big foodie and loves creating delicious homemade recipes. Meghan probably spends a lot of free time cooking at home, and although she cannot share her recipes on her blog, she recently collaborated with the women of Grenfell Tower fire in order to create a cookbook, which intertwines different cultures through taste, called Together: Our Community Cookbook.
She represents charities
Like sister-in-law Kate Middleton and other royal members, the duchess is involved in many charities. She spends a lot of time accompanying her husband, as well as going alone, to different engagements and events that bring awareness to different and important causes.
She travels
During her first year as royalty, Meghan Markle traveled a lot. Recently, she went on a big royal tour to Australia and the surrounding countries to meet officials and represent the family. When it comes to private holidays, she of course likes to get away with her husband, as they went on their honeymoon in spring 2018, as well as other occasions.
