During 2018 we’ve seen the stars shine bright like diamonds. There were many stars and celebrities who wore standout jewellery. Hence, here’s a list of some of the most outstanding jewellery moments of 2018.

The Best Jewellery Moments of 2018

Zoe Kravitz with Lorraine Schwartz’s Emerald and Black Jade Earrings

At this year’s Golden Globes, the star of Big Little Lies, Zoe Kravitz showed us how perfectly black and emerald go together. She wore a monochrome black dress and matched it with Lorraine Schwartz’s emerald and black jade earrings. She posted later on her Instagram that emeralds are a representation of growth, harmony and life.

Danai Gurirawith Messika’s Siren Song Choker

Black Panther‘s star mesmerized everyone by appearing with Messika’s Siren Song choker at this year’s Oscars. The choker came with more than 36 carats of emerald-cut diamonds and was an outstanding piece of jewellery at the red carpet.

Gal Gadot with Tiffany High Jewelry Collection

The Wonder Woman wore a stunning aquamarine and diamond necklace at this year’s Oscars. The necklace was part of the Reed Krakoff’s first high jewellery collection for Tiffany. She matched it perfectly with the astonishing Givenchy gown.

Greta Gerwig, our lady of Lady Bird, not only was the only woman nominee in the category for Best Original Screenplay and Best Director, but she also wore one of the most stunning jewellery of 2018. At the Academy Awards, she wore a canary yellow Rodarte gown and paired it with a necklace designed by Louis Comfort Tiffany. The outstanding necklace is an ultra-feminine 1910 moonstone and sapphire piece of jewellery.

Naomi Campbell with Bulgari’s Heritage Collection

The 300-carat Colombian emerald with a diamond, emerald and ruby link-chain, looked perfectly on Naomi Campbell’s neck at this year’s Vanity Fair Oscar party. The ’70s sautoir came from the Bulgari’s Heritage Collection and attracted everyone’s attention.

Amal Clooney, who was the co-chair of this year’s Met Gala, showed up wearing Lorraine Schwartz diamond thunderbolt earrings. This was a bold choice and she captured everyone’s attention with those earrings.

Tilda Swinton with Delettrez Double Bubble Earring

At the 75th Venice Film Festival, Tilda Swinton showed up wearing double bubble earring which looked perfect with alabaster complexion. The earring is custom-designed by Delettrez, the jewellery designer with whom Tilda has been friends since meeting on the set of Luca Guadagnino’s I Am Love a decade ago.

Lady Gaga with Garden of Kalahari Earrings from Chopard

Lady Gaga was extremely brave when she decided to wear the same jewellery which has been worn before on the red carpet. For the A Star is Born premiere in Toronto she opted for the Garden of Kalahari earrings from Chopard. However, these earrings were first worn by Charlize Theron at the Oscars in 2017. Nevertheless, Lady Gaga looked perfectly wearing the 25-carat pear-shaped and a 26-carat heart-shaped diamond which she paired with a black Armani Privé gown.

Princess Eugenie with Greville Emerald Kokoshnik Tiara

Of course, when talking about outstanding jewellery of 2018, it’s hard not to mention the royal jewellery collection. This tiara was made by Boucheron for society hostess Dame Margaret Greville. The royal wedding was as perfect as was the emerald and diamond tiara.
