Meghan Markle is now 8 months pregnant with her first child, and despite the baby not be born yet, people are talking about the possibility of Markle’s second pregnancy.
How many kids do they want?
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry got married in May 2018, and in October 2018 Kensington Palace announced that they are expecting their first baby.
Prince Harry once stated how he thinks that five children would be too much for him, and three would “serve him right.” They will probably at least have one more child, but how dangerous it is for Markle to be having another baby?
Risky
The older the women are, the more dangerous is the pregnancy, Markle is currently 37 years old. Advanced maternal age or AMA is when a woman over the age of 35 wants to have a baby. Mayo Clinic revealed what are the risks of pregnancy over the age of 35 – higher risk of multiple births, chromosomal abnormalities like Down Syndrome, high blood pressure, gestational diabetes, low birth weight, pre-term labor, and miscarriage.
Is it dangerous for Meghan?
With all those factors, it doesn’t necessarily mean that Markle will face the same difficulties if she and Prince Harry decided to have another child. She will be just carefully looked into and be more careful while pregnant.
More royal children?
Prince William and Kate Middleton already have three children so far, and there are some reports that they might have another one. All the risks can be applied to Kate too since she is the same age as Meghan. Only time will tell if the two duchesses decide to have another baby!
