Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s baby gender has been the top news recently, and even though they both said how they don’t know the baby’s gender and that they want to be surprised when the baby arrives, there are some rumors that the royal couple actually knows whether it is a boy or a girl.

An insider close to Meghan Markle shared with US Weekly that they know what are they having. On her trip to New York City, she met with some of her close friends, like Serena Williams, Jessica Mulroney, Amal Clooney, and Abigail Spencer and despite the baby shower’s decoration being in pink, Spencer brought Meghan a gift wrapped in blue, and the rumors of a baby boy Sussex have begun.

Dothey really know?
Kensington Palace hasn’t stated anything regarding the rumors that Prince Harry and Meghan know that they are having a baby boy. One thing is for sure – if they do know, they are not sharing it with the public. It is a tradition of the royal family that the public waits for the official announcement of the Palace, only after the baby is born. Princess Diana supposedly knew she was having a baby boy, and she told it to Andrew Morton in 1991, “I knew Harry was going to be a boy because I saw on the scan.”
Wishing for a girl
When on his Australian royal tour, a fan said to Prince Harry “I hope it’s a girl!” and Prince Harry said back to him, “so do I!”

Meghan’s gift for a future daughter
In 2015, Meghan stated how she gifted herself when her former television series Suits was picked up for another season. She bought a Cartier watch, and said, “I had it engraved on the back, ‘to M.M. From M.M.’ and I play to give it to my daughter one day.”
